NLRB Posting Rule Deadline Suspended
Due to a recent ruling by US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit on a request for an emergency injunction, the NLRB’s “Notification of Employee Rights” posting compliance deadline of April 30 is no longer in effect. The Court Order is attached below for your review.
Therefore, companies are not required to post the NLRB notice by the end of this month. The compliance deadline has been suspended indefinitely until further order from the Court.
