Updated Employer Handbook Regarding Form I-9 from USCIS

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires all U.S. employers to complete an I-9 Form to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals that are either citizens or noncitizens. The USCIS just released a revised M-274, Handbook for Employers: Guidance for Completing Form I-9, with more information on how to properly complete Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
