Anderson Jones, PLLC, a full-service law firm serving North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, is proud to welcome back Lindsey E. Powell as an attorney to the firm, practicing litigation with a focus in construction. In addition to her litigation practice she also advises clients with transactional matters and represents them in mediations and arbitrations, as creditors in bankruptcy, before professional licensing boards, government zoning authorities and planning boards.
Powell is a native of Greenville, North Carolina. She obtained her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Lindsey previously worked with Anderson Jones, PLLC before being admitted to the Georgia State Bar and relocating to Atlanta. She practiced law in Georgia for approximately two years with a focus on real property litigation and zoning and land use law.
