Lindsey E. Powell

Attorney

Lindsey Powell is an attorney with Anderson Jones, PLLC practicing litigation with a focus in construction.  In this role, she represent clients – as both plaintiffs and defendants – in various stages of state and federal court litigation. In addition to her litigation practice she also advises clients with transactional matters and represents them in mediations and arbitrations, as creditors in bankruptcy, before professional licensing boards, and government zoning authorities and planning boards. She represents both individuals and corporate clients, and her goal with corporate clients is to provide counsel with regards to all aspects of their businesses, including contract reviews, corporate compliance, and employment issues.

Lindsey previously worked with Anderson Jones, PLLC before being admitted to the Georgia State Bar and relocating to Atlanta. She practiced law in Georgia for approximately two years with a focus on real property litigation and zoning and land use law. Having returned to Anderson Jones, PLLC, she now offers her services to clients in both North Carolina and Georgia.

A native of Greenville, North Carolina, Lindsey now resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, a construction engineer. She maintains strong ties to North Carolina and remains actively involved in both professional and industry groups in the state.
