Kevin W. Whiteheart, Associate
Kevin W. Whiteheart has practiced law for over 20 years. He is a native of Winston-Salem and has practiced law in a variety of settings, including private practice, corporate in-house counsel and as a local government attorney. Prior to coming to Anderson Jones, PLLC, Kevin was the County Attorney for Chatham County, NC and previously served as the City Attorney for Lumberton, NC.
Kevin received his Bachelors of Arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1984. He graduated from Campbell University School of Law in 1988 where he was a member of the Campbell Law Review and was inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society for his outstanding performance in moot court, trial competition and other law school activities. Kevin also received an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University, Babcock Graduate School of Management in 2002 where he studied finance and economics.
He has given seminars on bankruptcy law and collections law for continuing legal education courses. Kevin's areas of practice at Anderson Jones, PLLC focus on local government law, bankruptcy and creditor representation, employment law, collections and taxation work-outs.
